At Artifact we believe these are all important facets of our business, but today I'd like to touch on Convenience. We have the good fortune to be located in a breathtaking studio overlooking the Minnesota River Valley, right off of 35W and Highway 13 in Burnsville. For most of our customers, this is a great location, but for our friends in the Western or Northern suburbs, or in St. Paul, it's a drive that isn't always convenient to make. We get it. You've got your hands full balancing a full-time job, raising kids, and trying to keep the music alive on the side. It isn't easy. This is why Artifact offers free pick-up and drop-off service for repairs, maintenance and upgrades on your guitars. We love hosting, but don't let your busy schedule get in the way of getting those much needed repairs on your beloved instrument. We're more than happy to come grab it and drop it off at your convenience so you have more time for the important things in life.
